Crosshairs Communication bags PR mandate for Wendy’s

Will play an instrumental role in the launch of the Restaurant chain in India

New Delhi, 8th May, 2015: Public relations and social media agency Crosshairs Communication, run by Stuti Jalan Sureka has bagged the PR mandate for Wendy’s, which is one of the world’s largest restaurant brands. Crosshairs Communication caters its services to a wide range of clientele ranging from Celebrities, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, F&B to Corporate enterprises. Wendy’s signed the deal with Crosshairs Communication last month and has launched the famous restaurant chain in India in collaboration with the Agency.

Founded in 1969 by Dave Thomas, the Wendy's restaurant system now encompasses more than 6,500 restaurants in 29 countries and U.S. territories. In India, Wendy's is introducing a new menu, new restaurant designs and new approaches to customer service. Within the evolving Indian FnB sector, Wendy’s seeks to differentiate itself by offering a casual dining experience at a QSR price.

Speaking on the occasion, Jasper Reid, Director of Sierra Nevada who is the franchiser of Wendy’s in India, said “We met a couple of agencies before launching the brand and zeroed down our research to Crosshairs Communication.
