The shadow puppet workshop invigorates the learning environment by offering experiential, participatory, performance-based programming.Using the ancient art of shadow puppetry, in which shadows are cast upon a lit screen, stories are brought to life.The shadow puppet workshop fosters a love of stories that inspires a life of learning.

Stellar Children's Museum introduces the idea of shadow puppetry with a short story and shadow puppet performance. Then participants are shown how to make and manipulate their own shadow puppets.Carefully chosen stories and sounds add to the performances on our shadow puppet screen.
