ABOUT DJ ROODY

Born with the talent and passion for music, DJ Roody started his career at the age of 16. A small town boy of Kanpur, brought out his talent as a drummer. But inspired by the party culture he decided to make people dance at his tunes. Going against his entire family he left for Mumbai at the age of 18 and learnt under Dj Akbar Sami from Glamour India (Mumbai), which not only helped him to become a professional Dj but also helped him to use his inborn talent in the best direction. His excellent taste in music & confidence provided him one of the major breaks of his life when he started playing in j49 in the year 2003.Starting his journey from there his flight landed him into many other clubs of Mumbai like score bar (tendulkars), zaha (hotel leela), polyester, club9, nirvana (pune). Appreciated by the big names in the INDUSTRY DJ Roody got his first international break in the year 2004 when he went to Maldives. Since then people of Delhi, Kanpur, Mumbai, & Pune, have been tapping their feet to his tunes. Being a very versatile Dj he specializes in Bollywood & house music and he’s determined to rock the international crowd .Now he’s into his own production and remixing.
