Express your creativity at BLOCK PRINTING WORKSHOP BY Chidiyaa. Join the event to create your own blockprinted stole. In the workshop, you will learn about the traditional art form of Ajrakh by Chidiyaa's skilled artisans from Ajrakhpur, Gujarat . As you block print your own stole do not worry about being perfect as the slight irregularities inevitable in any hand crafted product creates an artistic effect that will be unique to you.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

- Guided tour to see the different stages of Ajrakh block printed fabric

- See live demo by artisans

- Learn the art from skilled artisans

- Select your own blocks and dyes and

- Applying art elements and creating patterns

- Optimum ink consistency

- Hand printing techniques
