This Grandparents Day, Fit By Nature are on a mission to put a smile on the faces of some very senior and special guests from "AASHIRWAAD Old Age home" through the support from our volunteers and the magic of fitness!

FIT BY NATURE "Super-Gran Workout" for the elderly.

11th Sep 2016, 8am to 9:30am @ DLF Place, Saket.

Minimum Volunteer and participation fee- Rs 500
This would be used to buy gifts and food items for the participants / NGO.

Volunteering options:-

1) Activities with participants- We will partner you with one of the participants and you would be required to accompany the participant through the workout to assist and motivate them. (25 volunteers)

2) Registration and bib counter management (5 volunteers)

3) Food counter management and distribution (5 volunteers)

4) Goodie bag counter management and distribution (5 volunteers)

In case you are willing to donate, below are a few other charity options:

1) Gifts / Sippers / Tshirts
2) Rehabilitation aids (wheelchairs / Hearing Aids / Blind Sticks etc)
3) Food and beverages

Please don’t give any used items or clothes
