Events in Delhi - DLF Promenade celebrates World Environment Day on 5 June 2015, 10.am

DLF Promenade celebrates International World Environment Day on Friday, June, 5th, 2015. The activities will commence at 10 am at DLF Promenade Mall, Vasant Kunj.

NGOs and the activities :

1. Paharpur Business Centre

The team will to talk about Indoor Air Quality. To support the demonstration, they will showcase live plants, leaflets, Air Purifiers demonstrating the maintenance and benefits of the keeping indoor plants

2. Trash to Cash

NGO working towards making stuff out of waste (recycling/reuse). They will display the products made of cassettes, bags, newspapers, mobile covers and other trash and sell small items.

3. Lifelite LED Lights

Demonstration on benefit of using LED lights

4. DailyDump

Will demonstrate how to convert your kitchen waste into compost products

5. Tijara Organic Farms

Will display Organic Vegetables like beetroots, etc.

6. c.green

Will display products made out of millets without preservatives and chemicals

7. 4SMilk

Will showcase milk without pasteurization, benefits, usability

8. Teri Press

Will display brochures and literature on Energy , Sustainability etc. and books on energy etc.

9. ma botanicals

showcase bodycare products made out of natural products without chemicals

Hind Bhartiyam Foundation in association with Kavi - The Poetry-Art Project will supply plantlets for the visitors. These plantlets are nurtured and grown by the inmates of the Tihar Jail.
