School kids trained on first aid and healthcare on the first day; Carnival highlights various safety measures undertaken for Women patrons and staff by DLF Promenade

New Delhi, 18th April, 2015: Keeping the safety issues of each and every individual as priority, DLF Promenade is showcasing a Safety Carnival within its premises this week. With the goals aligned and vision focused on safety and security of the patrons and the staff alike, this Safety carnival is an unswerving initiative to keep oneself well informed about their surroundings and to steer them well on individual safety. The ongoing carnival commenced on 16th April, 2015 with Safety Carnival flag hoisting at DLF Promenade’s premises and will end by this weekend.

The mall has organized an exciting and engaging Safety Carnival this time with the focus on kids and women patrons. On the first day of the carnival, DLF Promenade tags along with Vivo Healthcare, Asia's leading healthcare training & Education Company to train the school kids on various health care initiatives including first-aid. The demonstration was organized under the expert guidance of Vivo Healthcare at the atrium of the mall. The kids were engaged in the healthcare education activities, followed by Emcee games and painting competition. The kids thereafter engaged themselves in various fun activities at the Kiddyland. Kiddyland is the largest outdoor play area for kids in Delhi and offers the best and wide range of outdoor play structures, with swings, rope climbs, slides and ship.

On the second and the third day of the carnival, the in-house tenants and DLF Promenade’s staff will be trained on safety and fire drill. The Carnival also highlighted the extra mile DLF Promenade has gone to ensure the safety and security of the women shoppers and staff. The mall will focus on educating the visitors and staff on the installation of the panic buttons at all levels, women exclusive parking facilities and chauffer on call services.

The main objective of this safety carnival is to engage the customers and the mall staff with an aim to assist and guide them on being healthy, knowledgeable, and safe in the midst of today’s dire environment.
