It’s nearly time to beat the Delhi heat with indoor activities and Geliophobics Entertainment has the cure. The independent artist/talent promoting company brings, “The Laugh Riot Nights” with the Best of Indian Stand-up Comedy at Café Ludus on May 30th and 31st 2013 in New Delhi.

This year’s festival is better than ever and is nearly around the corner. Their comedic style is a stand out and we’ve brought them back to wow audiences yet again!

The two day event will showcase live stand up comedy. The night commences with some of our local home grown talent - Ashish Shakya, Rohan Joshi and Nishant Singh. The artists are our local heroes representing India on the International Stand-up comedy circuit performing with renowned artists like Russel Peters etc.

Ashish Shakya: Funny man, Ashish with his incisive observations about the idiocy and idiosyncrasies of the world - be it in the field of politics, entertainment or pop culture - has received a great response from an urban crowd that is hungry for more such no-holds-barred Indian stand-up comedy. And Ashish is more than happy to deliver.

Rohan Joshi: Rohan Joshi is a stand-up comedian, writer, columnist, and occasional screenwriter. As a stand-up comedian, Rohan`s material is political, observational, and adult in its sensibilities. Note however that `adult` does not always mean mature. Rohan resents the suggestion that he might in fact be mature. TIME Magazine put Rohan at 1 on their 100 Most Influential People Who Might Lie About TIME Magazine Statistics List, and Newsweek calls Rohan `Huh? Who?`

Nishant 'Joke' Singh: Our very own, Dilli Buoy, Nishant's, comedy talks about stereotypes, racism, politics and Indian culture. On your request, he can make fun of you boss, neighbour and Mother-in-law. Since everything else is so expensive in this country, he tries his best to keep his jokes as cheap as possible...
