The most devastating floods in decades have ravaged the state of Jammu and Kashmir. While the devastation has now made way for other headlines in our newspapers the need for help and support continues to be urgent and critical.

Join Crush Fitness India in our campaign #DanceforJandK

Join hundreds of other Delhiites Dancing and Donating to raise money for victims of floods in J&K.

All proceeds will go to the HELP FOUNDATION, J&K who have been working with women and children in the state affected by violence and strife. They are now involved in exemplary work for flood relief.

Suggested Donation: Rs. 1000 per person. But any amount big or small is welcome.
Donations in kind-Blankets, warm clothes, medicines, chlorine tablets, non-perishable food like rice- All are welcome.
