Musical journey of Squarez Attached began in the early August of 2012, Squarez Attached is a Delhi based band comprising of six different individuals from diverse cultures of North East India, sharing different music style or genre. The band consist of Priyanka (singer, songwriter), Neel (vocalist and lyricist), Gaurav (guitars, composer and arranger), Joy (lead guitars), Nawin (drums/percussion) ,Yangar (bass /sounds). The different influences of the band members from bands like Bonjovi ,Queen , Paramore, Dave Mathews, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, KK ,Foster The People, MR Big etc brings out the uniqueness and originality in sound, and defines the genre as Experimental Rock. The band performed in renowned places like Hard Rock Café Delhi, Radio One Delhi, International Institute Of Management, India Today Youth Rock Summit 2013,Weiden+Kennedy, Café Morrison, Rock a fella, Studio Groove, DLF Cyber Hub, DLF Saket and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College etc . The band believes in spreading love and entertaining people with their music . Band Members Says ,’ We are always better ,then yesterday’.
